Intro to K9 Nose Work

This 6-week course will introduce you and your dog to this exciting and fun detection-style sport. This course is designed to allow your dog to work at using his/her basic scenting instincts. This is done by using the dog’s curiosity and desire to hunt for what they love the most, toys or food. It’s a great way for you and your dog to have fun, and for your pooch to build confidence, exercise in a small place, while stimulating and exhausting that canine brain!

AKC Novice/Intermediate Rally

Teach your dog to read! LOL! Seriously, rally obedience is a dog sport which uses specific behaviors which are written on signs. YOU will read the signs and ask your dog to perform the skill. The signs are linked in such a way that you and your dog will complete a particular route or course. This class will teach you and your dog to perform the skills at the novice and intermediate levels. We will also video your performances if you would like to submit them for virtual rally novice and virtual rally intermediate titles.

Private Training

If your dog’s unruly behavior is making you crazy, and you want results in a hurry, let us do the work.  As professional dog trainers, we can teach your dog new behaviors and skills more quickly than you can, resulting in a better-behaved family pet.  While there really is no quick fix, easy button or miracle training collar to train your dog, our use of positive reinforcement and science-based training can change behavior quickly.

Private Lessons

When you come to The Pine Hill Ranch Canine Center with your dog for one-on-one training, we can focus on the problems most important to you!

We also do private lessons for agility coaching, conformation handling, and competition obedience training.

Private lessons are $75 per hour.
